Annual Meeting Highlights
The Builders Association had a fun and productive annual meeting on December 7 at the Tippecanoe Country Club, where officers were elected, scholarships were awarded, and networking flowed.
The eventís program included:
Activity Reports: Labor relations, contract negotiations, finances, apprenticeship, 2016 construction volume, and Construction Advancement Program.
Officer Elections: 2017 Association officers and executive committee members. Jeff Mason, vice president of Youngstown Tile & Terrazzo of Canfield, Ohio was elected as the 2017 president.
YSU Scholarships: Awarded to Youngstown State University students in the Civil & Construction Engineering Technology program.
Awards: Builders Association-YSU Estimating Competition plaque to the winning team of the 7th Annual Estimating Competition held earlier this year.
Open Forum: General discussion and a Q&A session.
