Members of the Builders Association gathered recently for the annual Presidents Dinner to thank the outgoing president, Jim Santini, and welcome the 2017 president, Jeff Mason. Held this year at Avalon at Squaw Creek, those attending were not disappointed! The lively evening included a lot of networking, dancing, “fish pong” for charity, and overall Association membership bonding and interaction.

“We believe getting our members together for events like this gives them a chance to get to know each other, develop working relationships, and expand their professional network, all in a social, entertaining environment,” said Association Executive Vice-President Kevin Reilly.

Outgoing president Jim Santini passed the gavel to Jeff Mason, who will lead the Association this year.

Jeff is vice president of Youngstown Tile & Terrazzo Co., Inc. of Canfield, Ohio. He is a 40-year veteran of the regional construction industry, working for 26 of those years at Youngstown Tile and Terrazzo Company, starting as an estimator in 1990. In 2000, he became vice president of YTT and assumed day-to-day operations of the company. Jeff is also an active community member as past president and board member of the Canfield Conservation Club and also as a coach/board member of the Canfield Soccer Club. He and his wife, Lisa, have two children, Keith (now a project manager at YTT) and Kimberly, and are the proud grandparents of Ford and Greta.
