Infection Control in Healthcare Construction to be Highlighted at Builders Event

The Builders Association is hosting another education event next Tuesday, September 25, this time focusing on healthcare construction and the importance of infection control during building projects. Area construction professionals are invited to the Avalon Country Club at Squaw Creek for a 4 p.m. presentation by one of the region's leading healthcare facility construction experts. Jeffrey Clair, RN, is the infection control construction manager at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Mr. Clair served as the subject matter expert for a training and certification program now being offered to construction crews, architects, and hospital personnel working at healthcare facility building projects throughout North America.
