Local construction professional adds to skill set with an advanced degree
7/18/2009

A member of the local construction community is now able to offer a new collection of skills to his employer, Roger Kreps Drywall & Plastering, Inc., thanks to successfully earning an advanced degree in technical studies.

Tony Dolan, 31, of Leetonia, Ohio, recently earned his Associate Degree from Youngstown State University. A former union carpenter and experienced framer, Dolan attended college at night while serving as an estimator for Kreps. He said that skills learned from his degree studies will ultimately help Kreps customers the most, because he now has the most up-to-date knowledge of every aspect of the construction process.

“Employees like Tony are quite an asset to our company, because of his determination to continually increase his skill set. We are very proud of his accomplishment,” said Roger Kreps, President.
