The Western Reserve Building & Construction Trades Council recently elected new officers to four-year terms.

Serving as president is Rocco DiGennaro, business manager for Laborers Local Union 125 and auditor for the Ohio Laborers District Council. He replaces Don Crane, whose various other responsibilities necessitated that he step down from the presidentís post. Carlton Ingram, business representative and executive board member of the Operating Engineers Local Union 66 is the new vice president. Elected secretary/treasurer is Antonio DiTommaso. He is senior business representative for the Indiana/Kentucky/Ohio Regional Council of Carpenters, Youngstown office, and president of Carpenters Local Union 171.
