Founded in 1928, the Mahoning Valley Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) is a trade association for local unionized electrical and telecom contractors. Mahoning Valley NECA is dedicated to promoting the highest electrical construction standards through education, management training, skilled workforce training, and labor relations.

Working in partnership with International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local Unions #64 in Youngstown, Ohio and #573 in Warren, Ohio, Mahoning Valley NECA and its contractors bring the highest levels of training, experience, quality, reliability, and safety to each construction project. Our member contractors are experts in commercial, industrial, green, and residential electrical construction installations and maintenance.
