Nearly 100 years ago, Armie Comunale set up his own residential plumbing business in Akron, Ohio, and began installing pipe. Every length of pipe was installed with pride and a desire to serve his customers. Frank Comunale joined his father’s firm in the 1940s and carried on the family tradition.

Today at S.A. Comunale, President & CEO Stephen A. Comunale represents the third generation. We’re a much larger mechanical services company now, but our name is still on every installation with that same pride.

S.A. Comunale specializes in fire protection systems design, fabrication, installation, repairs and inspections. In addition, we provide full mechanical contracting services for HVAC, plumbing, and process piping including design-build services. We have built our reputation year by year, project by project, length of the pipe after length of pipe.
