Started in 1960 by my father Charles Olsavsky . He was killed in an accident in 1977 while we were cutting down a tree at our cabin in Pennsylvania . My mother and older brothers kept business going . I started full time in 1980 after graduating . My younger brother Ken joined us in 1985 after graduating
It is now myself ( Tom ) and my brother Dave . Our sons are working here also
